purpose

This concentrator is suitable for the concentration of liquids such as traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, starch sugar, and dairy products, especially for low-temperature vacuum concentration in thermosensitive materials.

Equipment features

Energy saving benefits: Compared with the SJN-1000 single effect concentrator, it saves about 3500 tons of steam, 90000 tons of water, and 80000 kWh of electricity annually.

This concentrator adopts a negative pressure external heating natural circulation evaporation method, with a fast evaporation speed and a concentration ratio of up to 1.2-1.35 (generally for traditional Chinese medicine extracts).

This concentrator adopts dual effect simultaneous evaporation, and the secondary steam is utilized, reducing the total energy consumption by about 50% compared to a single effect concentrator.

Multi functional operation features:

Recyclable alcohol concentration of about 80%;

Single effect, double effect, and triple effect can be repeatedly combined and sealed to obtain ointment;

It can be fed intermittently or continuously.

This concentrator is made of 304 stainless steel at the contact area with the material, which has a beautiful appearance and meets GMP requirements. The heater and evaporator are both equipped with insulation layers, and the outer shell of the insulation layer is made of 304 stainless steel sheet, with a mirror or matte finish on the surface.
